Detection and Impact of Industrial Subsidies

Abstract

The article assesses the implementation of Ukraine's national economic interests in the context of fulfillment of obligations to the World Trade Organization (WTO). A matrix of conformity of obligations to the WTO with the national interests of Ukraine has been explored and within it there are areas for which it is necessary to continue the negotiation process within the Doha Round in order to balance commitments and national interests through industrial subsidies.
