Modeling of Labor Potential in the Field of IT Outsourcing

The IT sector takes the third place in the export potential of Ukraine. There is a shortage of programmers in the world, and there is enough potential for further development of IT-sphere and increase of the share of IT-specialists working in outsourcing in Ukraine. As a result, the importance of improving the level of skills of specialists in outsourcing is increasing, in order to improve their competitiveness in the international market. The article analyzes the key indicators that form the level of labor potential of IT specialists and, using the multi-factor regression model, the effect of these indicators on the country's general attractiveness index for IT outsourcing is investigated.
